-parking analysis is acceptable for pre & post expansion parking, both of which work out to slightly
more than one parking space per three seats.
-additional landscaping may be required for revised parking area frontage plantings.
-VAR2000-031 included a condition that any new additions meet the front setbacks at the time of
proposal. Therefore, new additions will require a front setback of 75 feet.
