The items sold will be for consumption on and off premises. We will have approximately five employees. We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18-4.14: Noise: Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. We are surrounded by an embankment on three sides and a block wall on the fourth. Our major sources of noise are: 1) music and telephones. 2) truck deliveries of merchandise.
