Please have the draftsman providing these drawings remove number seven graphically from the site plan (SP.1) as well as from Schedule to the left. When I receive a revised SP.1 that fully addresses all of the comments made in the action letter dated July 27, 2018 (attached here for your reference), I can begin to review the sign application once more. This manufacturer's specification is for what light exactly? There is no title, no way for me to understand to which light fixture this is referring. Is it for the LED downlight on the Springboard Canopy? Can I assume because the 75W input has been highlighted that the lumens output is 8,900 (circled in red, above)? As per the EC Guidelines, any light emitting over 3,000 lumens must be full cut-off. Therefore, 1. The note regarding the level of illumination will need to be applied to the drawing showing the Springboard Canopy and 2. 1 need to see the cut sheets for the light in the Springboard canopy to verify that it is completely housed within the canopy and is flush. The specs you have provided previously show a light that is NOT full -cut-off (circled in red in the image below) and is therefore not permissible if the lumens output is above 3,000: 4 t -7. I N I - rlt� Furthermore, as per the letter requesting changes to your application, dated July 10 and attached to this email for your convenience, number 7 states that I will need a photometric plan or diagram showing the value of illumination at the ground for the LED downlight on the springboard canopy. I do not see this information provided in the attachments you just sent. Please include that information when you submit an updated site plan and landscape plan. McDonald's, it was approved and issued weeks ago. No landscaping details were necessary for the LOR application. The landscaping is a function of the sign application. As per the 7-27-18 letter (attached), comment 4 addressed your previous submission's inclusion of a site plan that was wholly out of date. My recommendation at that time was for you to coordinate with the project manager of the site work/LOR application, whom I CC'ed on the email to you so that you would have her contact information, so that she could supply you a current site plan to substitute in your own application (resubmission). At this point, I am awaiting the requested revisions to the sign application only.
