ACSA 1. Our only comment relates to the proposed meter boxes. Any boxes within 2' of driveways will need to be traffic rated. Contractor can refer to the ACSA's Approved Products List. A note has been added to Sheet 5 to direct the contractor to use a traffic rated water meter from ACSA's Approved Product List. Engineering 1. Recommend Note, on Sheet 3, that explains demolition, if any, or, alternatively, a Note that references Sheet 5 water meter relocation notes. Sheet 3 has been updated to more clearly show which of the existing water meters will be removed or adjusted. There is no additional demolition expected with the construction of these 13 townhouse units. 2. Applicant should compare impervious area of proposed 13 townhouse units (roofs, . drives, walks) with approved 12 townhouse unit design (Block 12 /Phase 3), for VSMP review purposes. The impervious area from the approved plan has been compared with the impervious area proposed in this minor amendment. Impervious Area Approved Plan 17,354 sf (the house/driveway) Impervious Area Minor Amendment 16,566 sf (the house/driveway) OTV Block 12 Minor Amendment SDP2018-00060 Therefore, we are reducing the impervious area by 788 sf. This difference is negligible and has been noted as such on the Cover Sheet - "Impervious Area does not change for this minor amendment". The reason that the impervious area is not changing is that the approved plan has townhouse units that are 22' wide. The minor amendment has a mix of Wand 20' wide units. This reduction in the width of the units allowed us to fit another unit into the same amount of space. 3. If impervious area increases with this proposal, amend corresponding VSMP plan. As stated above, the reduction in impervious area is negligible and does not require a revision to the corresponding VSMP plan. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.
