JAMISON, L.S. DAVID A. JORDAN, L.S. KRISTOPHER C. WINTERS, L.S. The description below is for the Minor Amendment #1 for the Old Trail Village Block 12, Phase 2 Final Site Plan, SDP2015-00007. The proposed revision only affects the area that was shown as townhouse Lots 1A through 12A along Old Trail Drive on the approved plans. The approved final site plan showed twelve (12) townhouse units along Old Trail Drive. This minor amendment increases the number of townhouse units to thirteen (13). The lots will be a mix of 16' and 20' units. This revision will entail the relocation of several of the water meters that were previously constructed. The existing sanitary laterals and storm sewer inlets will not be relocated or revised. To account for the additional unit, one water meter and one sanitary sewer lateral will be installed. All of the water meters will still be located within the existing easement, so there will be no revision to the easement.
