Mr. Lynn,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated August 2, 2017. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the
replanting of and expansion of the 20' ACSA landscape buffer, addition of an 8' tall
black metal security fencing around the perimeter of the project, and site grading. These
improvements are described in the attached request letter and depicted on the attached
sheet 6 dated 6-11-2018.
This is the first (1st) LOR for this site. Three (3) LORs are allowed, after which all
required changes must be submitted as a site plan amendment.

Dear Mr. Perez:
The above r ferenced site plan for the subject project has been modified as follows:
• An 8-foo tall black metal security fence has been added around the proposed
ground s orage tank and pump station.
• Site gra ing has been modified to reduce potential for ponding northeast of the
propose tank.
• Screenin trees at the western corner of the site, adjacent to the proposed tank
have been revised in collaboration with County staff.
• Future st rm drainage facilities, proposed as part of the adjacent Rivanna Village
Developrient are now shown for reference.
We enclosen executed copy of the County's Application for Letter of Revision and
four (4) copies�of the revised site plan drawing. Please advise of any additional
information that may be required or of any questions that you may have regarding the
revisions in the subject site plan.
