The Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the replanting of and expansion of the 20' ACSA landscape buffer, addition of an 8' tall black metal security fencing around the perimeter of the project, and site grading. These improvements are described in the attached request letter and depicted on the attached sheet 6 dated 6-11-2018. This is the first (1st) LOR for this site. We enclosen executed copy of the County's Application for Letter of Revision and four (4) copies�of the revised site plan drawing.
