RE: ARB-2018-108: Avinity Estates, Final Site Plan
Dear Scott,
I have reviewed the site plan with revision date of 9/12/2018 and the following revisions are requested to make the
proposal consistent with the ARB's conditions of approval and with the Entrance Corridor Design Guidelines.
1. On Sheets 4A, 5A, and 8, there is a note on the eastern property line abutting the EC: "Future sewer extension
for Springhill Village (by others) easement reserved with this plan." Provide the extent of the sanitary sewer
extension on Sheets 4A, 5A, and 8 inclusive of its easement. Show how the existing treeline on the eastern
property line abutting the EC will be retained vis-a-vis the proposed expanded sanitary sewer line and its
easement area.
Please provide electronically:
One revised set of Sheets 4A, 5A and 8 addressing the above condition. Include updated ARB revision dates on each
revised sheet.
A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those
requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also. Highlighting the changes in the drawing with
"clouding" or by other means will facilitate review and approval.
When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of
Appropriateness may be issued.
