The diversion dike and silt fence shall not be breached, removed, relocated or otherwise disturbed without the permission of the County's Erosion Control Inspector. 2. Install Sediment Basin per phase I detail. 3. Install remaining erosion control measures. 4. Upon adequate stabilization of the building and parking areas not affected by the sediment basin, the basin may be backfilled as shown on this sheet. 5. The parking lot adjacnet to the sediment basin may be completed at this time. 6.
