EROSION NOTES
1. All entrances except for the approved construction
entrance shall be blocked in such a manner
as to not allow entrance to the site.
2. Due to recent grading activity on Parcel 49C, additional
erosion measures may be required in the southwest corner
of this project.
3. Contractor shall be responsible for disposing of all debris
removed from this site in an approval disposal facility.
SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION
1. No Clearing or grubbing of the site, other than that
necessary for installation of the sediment basin, diversion
dikes, and silt fence, shall be allowed until the County's
Erosion Control Inspector has determined that perimeter
sediment control measures are properly installed. The
diversion dike and silt fence shall not be breached, removed,
relocated or otherwise disturbed without the permission of
the County's Erosion Control Inspector.
2. Install Sediment Basin per phase I detail.
3. Install remaining erosion control measures.
4. Upon adequate stabilization of the building and parking
areas not affected by the sediment basin, the basin may
be backfilled as shown on this sheet.
5. The parking lot adjacnet to the sediment basin may be
completed at this time.
6. After County Inpsector has determined that site has
been stabilized the Sediment Basin shall be converted to a
BMP facility and the water quality swale may be installed at
this time.
