5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE WATER RESOURCES INSPECTOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO
BACKFILLING THE BIOFILTER AND REQUEST AN INSPECTION AND APPROVAL OF THE UNDER -DRAIN
INSTALLATION AND THE SOIL MIX.
6. CONCRETE BERM TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITH EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN SHALL
REMOVED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FACILITY.
