The plat has been revised to reflect your attached comments dated August 3, 2018. I have corrected the spelling of stream in note "H". I have also attached a pdf copy of the page from the ordinance that list the Water Supply Watersheds. This property is located in the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir Watershed. The water from Ivy Creek runs to the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir. Ivy Creek is not a public water supply watershed according to the ordinance. Also, the attorney for the Garnett's is in the process of changing the ownership of the subject property. Once we have that information, we will update the plat to reflect the ownership and I will send you another revised copy for review.
