This is the 1s1 Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three(3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to request a minor revision as outlined under the standard for letter of revisions published in 1999. Four changes were made during construction of this site. 1. A 42" (maximum height) redi-rock retaining wall is installed behind the 3-story office building. The dretaining wall is located 18.4' from the building, and behind the 15" RCP storm pipe. The approved siteplan specified 4 Eastern Red Cedar, 4 ��Z� Cryptomeria, and 3 Southern Magnolia. The 16 plantings installed include: 8 Cryptomeria and 8 Southern Magnolias. In addition, an existing 6" double locust remains on the site. 4. A 7' x 6' electrical transformer was installed at the southern end of the row of handicap parking spaces. Please see Exhibits A and B for a sketch of the requested revisions and landscaping calculations. Changes have not been made to the approved building, parking, or utilities.
