[14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302 (A)(5)] On Sheet 2, the instrument stated in the label for the Vepco and ACSA easement across TMP 78-5B and 78-5A appears to be incorrect. The plat recorded in DB 4358 pages 684-689 gives an instrument number of DB 1169, page 261 for that easement. Please amend the label or provide verification that the instrument number shown on this plat is correct. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 2. [14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302 (A)(5)] The plat recorded in DB 4358 pages 684-689 shows another easement labeled “Var. Width Central Esmt.” across the frontages of TMP 78-5A and 78-5B. The instrument for that easement is DB 1129, page 281. Please show the easement on the plats with a label, or provide additional information verifying the easement has been vacated. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. Per applicant response, the Centel easement was vacated via a deed recorded in DB 4751, pp. 336. 3. [14-302 (B)(5)] The zoning classifications stated in Note A should state the zoning districts, overlay districts, and ZMA’s that apply to each of the revised properties. Please amend Note A as follows: a. Add the word “Revised” before each TMP number. Rev.1 :Comment addressed. b. Revised TMP 78-5B lies within the Managed and Preserved Steep Slopes Overlay District. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. c. Revised TMP 78-58G1 lies within the Flood Hazard Overlay District. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. The FH Flood Hazard Overlay District is an official overlay zoning district under Section 33 of the County Zoning Ordinance. Please revise the note to state that TMP 78-58G1 lies within the FH Flood Hazard Overlay District. d. Please add “subject to the proffers of ZMA2013-02” for TMPs 78-58G1 and 78-5A. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 4. [14-302 (B)(5)] On Sheet 2, please add a gray or dashed line within the revised parcel boundaries to show the limits of where ZMA2013-02 applied. Please label the line and state “limits of ZMA-2013- 02.” Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 2 5. [14-302 (B)(1)] Provide a date of last revision on both sheets. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Please add a date of last revision once Comment #3C is made. 6. [14-303 (L)] Please state the width of the utility easement along the frontages of TMP 78-5A and 78- 5B. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
