I haven't submitted anything to the county yet as they want your approval for the entrance. They want to do a rubber
stamp for the subdivision and subsequently the building permit. The pool typically has 40/50 trips on a busy
Saturday/Sunday. They are not extremely busy as they once were 15-20 years ago. I did speak to Dennis and believe the
conversation he had was the pool was not a factor as the trips per day averaged out over the entire year and not for one
or two specific days.

Okay that sounds good Heath, I don't see any problem with it, I would recommend putting down some new stone, #21B
or #26. Being that it's an existing entrance no permit is needed.

Heath,
I can't recall did you say you spoke with Dennis Seal about using the existing entrance? Only concern I would have is the
pool in the summer time, how much traffic does it generate on a daily basis? The entrance appears to be a low volume
commercial now and it meets VDOT requirements such as stopping sight distance right and left of the entrance. A low
volume commercial entrance can serve 3 or 5 single family residences. Have you submitted any paper work to the
County?
