[ZMA2013-004] Build to line is listed as 0-20', however the code of development lists it for this block as 0-10', revise. 2. [14-302(B)] List the correct ZMA number. This property is subject to ZMA2013-004. 3. [14-303(I)(L)] All deed book and page number references need to be filled out for all of the easements. 4. [14-316] VDOT approval is required.
