owner.

Powe of Urban Places LLC to purchase this property.
I also confirm my agreement for Gregory Powe of Urban Places LLC to apply for an amendment to my
current Special Use Permit SP -2000-074 to permit an R-15 multifamily development which will also
include the adjacent property Lot 04500-00-00-157 which I understand Urban Places LLC also has
agreement to purchase from its current owner.
