A 5'tall chain link fence around the perimeter of the property has been added to the plan. This includes a sliding gate, fitted with screening slats located approximately 60' from the front property line which creates a secure parking and vehicle storage area. 1. Customer and employee parking locations remain in the same general locations, however the parking space alignments have been revised. �3. A service vehicle parking area has been delineated near the northeast corner of the parcel. ,1 I sign post, and 30"X48" sign has been added near the entrance to the parcel. o8''. Please find the attached, advance copy, of the Letter of Revision Plan. This will accompany a letter, detailing the revision depicted in the plan. I wanted to give you an opportunity to review it. Please let me know if there are any omissions that jump out at you, or any revisions that you would like to see implemented on the plan. Once I receive your feedback, I will be running the plan by Margaret Maliszewski of the Albemarle County Architectural Review Board. I am hoping to incorporate her input into the L.O.R. in an attempt to expedite the review process. We will follow up the L.O.R. submittal this week with the SUP submittal as well.
