Subject: SUB201800196 — Strong Project — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.] If no action is taken within 6 months of receiving these review comments,
the application will be deemed withdrawn.
1. [14-302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Include the width of the ROW for State Route
810 (may be an exact number of `variable ROW').
2. [Comment] Refer to the new combined parcel as "Revised TMP 6-11" or "Revised TMP
6-11F", instead of "Combined Area".
3. [14-302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Add the following note:
Revised [TMP 6-11 or TMP 6-11F, whichever is used] retains 0 development rights and
may only be divided into lots of 21 acres or greater."
4. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Revise the front setback note to read: "Front:
Existing Public Roads: 75'. Front: Internal Public or Private Road: 25'."
