It was good to talk with you yesterday and today about Old Trail Block 12-C. I had a chance to review the water meter
locations for Block 12B Lots 9-12 and Block 31-A Lot 1A and made the determination that I could create the easements
in this plat rather than a separate easement plat as we discussed this morning. Please find attached a pdf of the revised
plat showing the new easements for Lots 9-12 and Lot 1A. Does this adequately address ACSA comments.

Please find attached a pdf of the revised Old Trail Block 12-C Final Subdivision Plat with comments addressed.
Planning
1. [14-302(A)(1)J Name of subdivision. Correct the name for the lots, as it should read "Lots IA -13A ", not "Lots 7A -13A ".
There are a few other places to correct this reference, including the signature panel.
• The title of the plat and owner's signature block have been revised from Lots 7A -13A to Lots 1A -13A.
2. [14-302(A) (4)1(5)] Private and public easements. Indicate if the proposed 13 ' sidewalk easement is a private or public
easement. If it is a private easement, please include the reference to maintenance and ownership of the sidewalk, such as in
an HOA agreement or similar document.
• The Access Easement is labeled as public.
3. [14-302(A)(4)/(5)J Private and public easements. Indicate the owner/maintainer of the variable width stormwater
management easement (DB 4704 PG 379-386).
• Old Trail HOA is listed as the owner/maintainer of the easement.
4. [14-302(B)(7)J Reservoir watershed. Include a note on Sheet I that this parcel lies in the Lickinghole Creek public water
supply watershed.
• Lickinghole Creek is listed as the water supply shed under Reservoir Watershed found in the first column on
the Cover Sheet under the Zoning information.
Engineering
1. Provide data for 13'sidewalk easement curve AC2.
• The Curve data for AC2 is in the curve tables found on the Cover Sheet under the Vicinity Map.
2. Alley A is named with SDP201800060 (Approved 10/5/18): Recommend provide label, Moxon Alley.
• The Alley is listed as Moxon Alley.
Fire Rescue
1. No Objection

Inspections

ACSA
1. Some of the water meters as -built locations do not line up with their locations. Please shift the easements over the water
meter locations.
• The ACSA Utility Easement has been revised to include the proposed water meters and the locations of
