Subject: SUB -201800169- Old Trail Block 12-C Lots 1A -13A - Final Subdivision Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
Planning
1. [14-302(A)(1)] Name of subdivision. Correct the name for the lots, as it should read "Lots
1A -13A", not "Lots 7A -13A". There are a few other places to correct this reference,
including the signature panel. Addressed.
2. [14-302(A)(4)/(5)] Private and public easements. Indicate if the proposed 13' sidewalk
easement is a private or public easement. If it is a private easement, please include the
reference to maintenance and ownership of the sidewalk, such as in an HOA agreement
or similar document.
a. Not Fully Addressed: The County does not maintain sidewalks, and VDOT does
not maintain sidewalks outside of the ROW. Therefore, please indicate that this is
a private easement that will be maintained by the Old Trail HOA.
3. [14-302(A)(4)/(5)] Private and public easements. Indicate the owner/maintainer of the
variable width stormwater management easement (DB 4704 PG 379-386, Addressed.
4. [14-302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Include a note on Sheet 1 that this parcel lies in the
Lickinghole Creek public water supply watershed. Addressed.
5. [New Comment] Add a Note on Sheet 1 to indicate the Affordable Units (Lots 3A, 6A,
and 12A, per SDP201800060).

1. Provide data for 13' sidewalk easement curve AC2. Addressed.
2. Alley A is named with SDP201800060 (Approved 10/5/18): Recommend provide label,
Moxon Alley. Addressed.
