At the middle bay of the proposed renovation, we're suggestion a revision to add another layer of facade bump-out that helps break down the scale,while limiting the area of blankness under the central building form. The proposed work would be wood-stud framed,stucco- clad, painted in a Benjamin Moore Deep Silver.The adjacent stucco around the middle bay is painted significantly darker,a Benjamin Moore Trout Gray.
