Describe your proposal,Attach a separate sheet if necessary.
At the middle bay of the proposed renovation, we're suggestion a revision to add another
layer of facade bump-out that helps break down the scale,while limiting the area of blankness
under the central building form. The proposed work would be wood-stud framed,stucco-
clad, painted in a Benjamin Moore Deep Silver.The adjacent stucco around the middle bay is
painted significantly darker,a Benjamin Moore Trout Gray. Please see attached imagery and
elevations.

samples,become the property of Albemarle County. Applicants are encouraged to maintain duplicate

complete without the appropriate checklist, completed, signed, and included with the required submittal
materials indicated on the checklist.
