Scott,
I've received confirmation that the Initial Plan is the application type needed at this time. I will proceed with my review
of the Initial Plan for the ARB. Once you have an architectural design available for review,we can decide what type of
review and scheduling are required.

Scott,
There is a question here about the type of application this should be. It is not clear yet whether an initial plan is
required. I hope to have an answer next week. The previous application that was reviewed for the ARB was done as a
staff level review. It may be that we go that route again. The decision will be based in part on the initial plan answer, and
the character of the architectural design. I think we should take a look at the schematic design when it is available, then
decide whether a work session is the best way to proceed.

Margaret-
We submitted the Micro-Aire prteliminary plat this week to Albemarle County. We also submitted the ARB preliminary
application, and attached is thelnarrative. We did this hoping to get alittle more review on the project than just the
initial review. However, I recognize that we do not have all the information ready yet for the review(A new Architect
was just brought onto the design team). My hopes would be to have our initial site plan review and maybe a
"worksession" on the Architectural plans for the project, as this will be a key element in the review process. We should
have some schematic plans that we can provide within the next 2-3 weeks, and we can certainly bring them as well to
the meeting. I wanted to see what your thoughts might be in having a worksession during this review meeting for the
building and discuss any additional site concerns.
Thanks Margaret!
Scott
