Provide a signed and dated professional seal on the plat. 2. Provide SWM agreement and associated SWM facility deed. 3. Once the plat is recorded, the deed book and page should be shown on any as-builts of the facility/area. Planning (Andy Reitelbach) 1. See attached review comment letter dated Nov. 61, 2018. Civil Engineer II County of Albemarle Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA, 22902 Phone 434-296-5832 Fax 434-972-4126 Memorandum To: Emily Cox, Department of Community Development — Engineering Division From: Andrew Reitelbach, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: November 6, 2018 Subject: SUB201800168 Upper Ballard Field — Easement Plat The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] [14-302(A)5.] There is labelled on the plat a variable width ACSA sanitary sewer easement in the southern "pan -handle" of the property, in the area between Old Trail Drive and "Lot L" Please more clearly indicate the boundaries/location of that easement, as there are no arrows pointing to its boundary lines like most of the other easements have. 2. [14-302(B)5.] In the zoning note on sheet 1, please include that this property also lies within the "Steep Slopes — Preserved" overlay district. 3. [14-302(B)5.] According to the County's GIS information, there is also a water protection ordinance buffer around the pond near the middle of this property, roughly where the proposed drainage easement is going. Please also include this WPO buffer on the plat. 4. [14-303(D)] Include on the plat the approximate size of the proposed new stormwater management easement.
