The updated plans reflect changes to address your comments as described below: A. Stormwater Poll ti n Prevention Plan (SWPPP 1. Previously a pr ved. P, Pollution Preve do Plan (PPP) Previousiv a_nrr'ved C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) 9. This comment is acknowledged. Water quality credits will be purchased once the County confirms the few remaining comments have successfully been addressed. Please note,the applicant attempted to address all remaining comments with this submittal for an approval conditional upon the purchase of nutrient credits. 16. Sheet 10 has been revised to include a note mandating the contractor install built-in ladders with the underground detention system's access manholes. Sheet 10 has also been updated to include a detail showing the required access ladders. 17. The hydraulic grade lines for the storm sewer are now shown in the profiles on sheet 10. 18. The underdrains have been removed from the plans, hereby making this comment irrelevant. Additionally,the underground detention system and its outfall are encompassed in an oversized 'SWM facility easement'. This oversized easement is shown and labeled on sheet 10. 19. The deed book and page number will be provided for all easements prior to final approval. 20. This comment has been removed in accordance with a phone conversation between County Engineering and Collins Engineering on June 19, 2018. 21. Two copies of the updated SWM calculations packet have been provided. A. Worksheet 3's 2-yr. rainfall (inches)values have been revised to read 3.66 instead of the previously shown 3.7. Please note,the previous calculations were based off 3.66".The computer generated table rounded the displayed 3.7"from 3.66".This update,showing the rainfall to the nearest hundredth of an inch, did not impact any other calculations. B. Worksheet 4's 1-yr rainfall(inches)values were updated to be 3.03". D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan(ESCP) 6. The applicant acknowledges a bond must be posted prior to commencing land disturbance activities. 14. The outlet protection from sediment trap#1 and storm sewer structure 29 has been revised and is now a graded channel per County Engineering direction.The channel has been designed with an acceptable lining.The channel has a conservative VDOT type I riprap stone lining and meets VESCH specification 3.19 requirements. Please see the back of the calculations packet for details. 15. Sheet 5 has been updated to mandate the contractor install CIP instead of IP for the entrance's culvert. The updated plans reflect changes to address your minimal comments, and descriptions of the revisions are described below. The applicant has made great efforts to fully address your concerns and is optimistic this submission will result in an approval. An updated registration statement has been provided listing the existing permit number(#2)and the name of the MS4 operator(#7). Please replace the outdated sheets in the County's files. C. Stormwater Management Plan 8. Nutrient credits will be purchased once all remaining plan sheet comments have been resolved. 15. The applicant has revised the underground detention system design. The updated design, inclusive of the maintenance requirements listed on sheet 10, has been approved for construction/fabrication by Contech. Please see the attached approval correspondence from Contech dated 5/18/18. Also,the applicant met with County Engineering on May 3, 2018 regarding this design and kindly requests the review Engineer discuss the resolution of this comment with County Staff since he was not present at the meeting. D. Erosion &Sediment Control Plan 13. b. Sheet 5A was revised to provide outlet protection (`OP') upstream of sediment basin #1. c. Sheet 5A was revised and now mandates the contractor install anchor blocks at the pipe joints of the temporary 15" CMP.This sheet was also revised to include a baffle and an increased outlet protection design for additional protection.
