Thanks. Attached are the updated pdfs for sheets 4A, 5A, 7 and 8. The sheets have been updated to show the future
extension of the sanitary sewer and the impacts on the Avinity development. The sewer will not have much effect on the
existing tree canopy that is being preserved along Route 20. The sewer is being installed 5' way from the existing
roadside ditch, and the sanitary sewer through this section is only 4' deep. No easements are shown along this portion of
the sanitary sewer as it is located within the VDOT r/w. The tree protection fencing has been updated for this sanitary
sewer alignment.
Let me know if this addresses your last comments, and we will submit a final hard copy as requested for the final
approval.

Hi Scott,
I received your resubmission (revised site plan set dated 9/12/18 as well as architectural drawings) and have reviewed it
as per the comments made by the ARB at the 9-4-18 ARB meeting. Your revisions address those comments, but another
matter has arisen: staff has received the Initial Site Plan for the Spring Hill development, which shows the proposed
extension of the sanitary sewer along Rt. 20. Your plans make a remark about the sewer extension but do not show them.
We are concerned that the extant tree line will be affected by the sewer extension. Please see the attached letter for the
requested revision, and please call or write if you have any questions.

Sorry, I intended to send you this slightly edited "final" version of the staff report instead of that which I did send; you'll
find the differences in the list of conditions at the end of the report, on page 18. The first version has 8 conditions, but
really there are 11 (some were elided together by formatting error); this version merely shows all 11 conditions separated
out. My apologies for any confusion.
