24. This parcel will generate less than 350 vehicle trips per week. Letter from Mr. Andy Hord, dated August 15, 2001, to Albemarle County
indicated the future traffic generation figures. Mr. Hord indicated the maximum average daily round trips would be 23 during the winter and
spring.
