1. Letter from P.E. certifying improvements are built to plan; follow-up repair /replacement of limited storm pipe (ref.
Attached .xls); installation of remaining items, including: sidewalks, street trees, etc. is required for further reduction.
VDOT acceptance of Steamer Drive, Village Ave, Sycamore /Sweetgum Lanes is required to reduce bond to less than
20% of initial amount.

As -built Plan:
1. Sheet 14: SD 114-1 to SD H4 As -built slope=0.48%. Evaluate capacity of pipe, since slope < 0.5% Min.
2. Sheet 14: SD G6 to G4 As -built slope=0.32%. Evaluate capacity of pipe, since slope < 0.5% Min.
Check As -built for possible labeling error, as As -built pipe length /slope radically different from design.
3. Sheet 14: SD I3-2 to SD 13-1 As -built slope=0.31%. Evaluate capacity of pipe, since slope < 0.5% Min.
4. With future As-builts, renumber the first sheet 6 as sheet 5.
