We currently employ four people in our location at 395 Reas Ford Road in Earlysville, Virginia in the Earlysville Industrial Park. The parcel is zoned for Light Industry. It is our understanding that in order to occupy this space we need to submit this Letter of Performance Standards along with the zoning clearance application we've previously submitted. We have addressed the standards referenced in Section 4.14 and provided the following responses: Noise Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. Our major source of noise is a 3.5hp air compressor which runs briefly two or three times a day. It is located in sound -dampened utility closet in our work room. The compressor is used to pressurize four pressure posts for small-scale resin casting of parts and models. Inside our tool room we have a few power tools that seldom see use; these include a small table saw, a drill press and disc sander, all of which do not have an unacceptable noise level. The rest of our equipment is standard office equipment such as computers, phones and a trio of desktop 3D printers. Vibration Equipment operated in our work room and tool shop does not produce any detectable earthborn vibration. Glare Our operation is completely contained within the building. The interior lighting associated with this operation does not produce glare that is visible beyond the lot line. Air Pollution There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants. Water Pollution No industrial liquid wastes will be generated by this operation. Our operation does not represent a hazard to water quality. Radioactivity Our operation does not require handling of radioactive materials. There will be no radioactive emissions. Electrical Interference Our operation does not require any equipment that would generate electrical disturbances that would adversely affect the operation of equipment on any other lot or premises. Please feel free to call us with any further questions you may have. Sincerely, Peter Przekop COO Monster Fight Club
