In regard to 14- 303(D), it is listed as a required item on page 3 of the Easement Plat application. The exact language from the Code is as follows: "D. Acreage of lots. The total acreage of each existing lot and each proposed lot." I'm going to bring your question up again with the other planners just to verify what exactly we will require on easement plats moving forward, and I'll get back to you. We believe that section of the ordinance 14-303 D is referring to plats were you are affecting the property lines. The acreage has no bearing on this type of plat. Please see attached plat. Go ahead and send me a PDF of the updated plat and I'll take a look at it. I spoke with my colleagues and showing the acreage of the open space parcel (comment #4) is still applicable. You can disregard comment #1 since the dimensions are shown on Sheet 2. I've attached a copy of the email from ACSA, they had no objections. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. 1. Section 14-302(A)(5) — In the legend on Sheet 2, please state the square footage of the additional area of sanitary sewer easement being added to the existing easement. We usually do not show acreage on an easement 2. Section 14-302(A)(15) — On Page 2 of the application and Sheet 1 Note 1 of the plat, the owner's zip code is incorrect, per Albemarle County GIS and the previously recorded plat. The application and plat gives the owner zip code as 22901, but the County records show it as 22911. Please verify whether this is an error, and submit an amended page 2 of the application and Note 1 if necessary. I have changed this 3. Section 14-302(8)(6) — On Sheet 1, please state the full TMP for Open Space D in the third line of the title label. The TMP is 0601-0-00-00-000DO. We have always shown tax map references the way I have them on the plat. Has there been some change we are unaware of? 4. Section 14-303(D) — Please state the acreage of Open Space D in the property label on Sheet 2.
