[14-302(A)4] Please provide the location and dimensions, along with the deed book and page number, of what appears to be an easement along the gravel drive that is shown on the north/northeast boundary of TMP 89-88. 2. [14-302(A)10] Please revise note #8 regarding the right of further division of the lots. Although it appears that TMP 89-88 theoretically has five development rights left, since it does not appear to have been subdivided since 1980, because the property is only 3.636 acres in size, it would not be able to be further subdivided or have more than one development right, as any resulting parcels would not be able to meet the required minimum lot size of two acres for the RA zoning district. In addition, it appears that TMP89-89A has only two development rights left, as shown on the plat found in Deed Book 2184, page 232. This parcel could potentially be subdivided in the future, as it has a size of 4.8 acres, and there could be two lots that each meets the minimum required size of two acres. 3. [14-302(B)5] Please revise note #5 to state that these parcels are also located within the EC, Entrance Corridor Overlay District. 4. [14-302(B)7] Please revise note #9 to state that these two parcels are not within a water supply watershed. Moores Creek is not designated as a water supply watershed. 5. [14-309, 14-310, 14-4161 As each of the lots in this proposed boundary line adjustment is under five acres in size, please provide information for review by the Health Department. The final plat cannot be approved until the Health Director has approved soils evaluation reports demonstrating that the properties have adequate soils for subsurface drainfields and reserve drainfields for septic systems and for private wells. Please submit three copies of a soils evaluation report for each parcel involved in the subdivision to the County so that these can be forwarded to the Virginia Department of Health for review and approval. Please contact Andrew Reitelbach in the Planning Division at areitelbach(aalbemarle.org or 434-296- 5832 ext. 3261 for further information.
