Provide Forest /Open Space easements. Engineering anticipates 23.60 Ac. of Forest /Open Space easement to be recorded with Glenmore Subdivision K2C-II, Phase 1 and 2. (Ref. Attached email to Shimp Engineering, P.C., 10/8/2018 5:01 PM. See also WP0201600008.) (Rev. 1) Partially addressed. As follow-up: Review and acquire signatures on Attached pre -formatted Deed of Dedication, ensuring that pg. 1 description of plat revision date is accurate, and matches last plat revision date. Also, revise sheet 17 Open Space Area Tabulations, Space A, 2.338, consistent with sheet 4, which lists Space A acreage as 2.339. Recommend revise sheet 17 Open Space Area Tabulations table title to reference Forest /Open Space Easement, as well —this is one of two remaining (partially addressed) plat review comments. (Rev. 2) Addressed. 6. Recommend PDE between Lots 39 and 40. (Rev. 1) Comment withdrawn; recommendation not accepted. Applicant response: `The engineer has determined that a storm easement is unnecessary between Lots 39 and 40.' 7. Confirm no preserved slopes lie on portion of parcel to be subdivided. (Applicant response: `All of the storm drainage easements in this subdivision are private.') Please note that while private drainage easements (not dedicated to public use) do not require deed with Albemarle County, a deed with the county (Grantee) is required for SWM Forest /Open Space Easement. Drainage easements are to be labeled on plans and plats; "Drainage Easement" and "dedicated to public use". d. Drainage easement plats must be accompanied by a deed. Standard deeds are provided by the Count Attorney, along with administrative guidelines.
