[32.7.9] Provide a filled out and signed tree conservation checklist on the landscape plans. 5. [32.5.2(n); COD] Label the material for the 6' trail. An exception may be made for cul-de- sacs which have the same name as the road from which they originate (example: "Amberfield Court" which originates from "Amberfield Drive")." Roads named VILLAGE RD, VILLAGE CT, and SYCAMORE ST exist in the City of Charlottesville and SYCAMORE CT exists elsewhere in the County. New road names will need to be submitted. A suggestion that keeps "SYCAMORE" could be SYCAMORE LEAF LN or a similar name that has a word after SYCAMORE. Please keep in mind, "A road name shall not exceed more than sixteen (16) characters including spaces and the designator's abbreviation." (Part I, Section 4-c). We recommend providing three (3) candidate names for each road to our office for review, in case your first choices are not acceptable.
