Agreement being executed/recorded. Please contact Ana Kilmer to coordinate.
2. Lickinghole Basin fee is required. Please contact Ana Kilmer prior to posing bonds to coordinate.
3. A SWM facility deed of dedication is required to be recorded with this plat. Please coordinate with
the engineering reviewer.
4. SMW facility easements do not match those shown on the approved plans. Revise SWM
easement to cover the 2,200 SF biofilter, the grass berm that conveys runoff to this facility, and the
biofilter clean water bypass. Easements must be at least 14-ft wide over the grass swale, which will
require an easement on the adjacent SF lot (even though this was not shown on the approved plan).
5. Correct the name of the easement from "SWM VAR" to "SWM Facility Easement VAR", or
something to that effect. The title must match the language in the deed.

See below and attached. It looks like Jeremy saw the resubmittal and noted that they did not show ACSA
easements in the private ROW's. Roudabush added a note to the cover that private ROW's are also
dedicated to ACSA for use with our utilities. This version of the plat is recommended for approval.
