Easements must be at least 14-ft wide over the grass swale, which will require an easement on the adjacent SF lot (even though this was not shown on the approved plan). 5. Correct the name of the easement from "SWM VAR" to "SWM Facility Easement VAR", or something to that effect. The title must match the language in the deed.
