Subiect: SUB2018-116 Revisions of Parkine Easement — Easement
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-303(0)] Signature Panels. Revise the approval block to omit the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors and
instead merely provide a signature line for ` Agent for the Board of Supervisors ".
2. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent to division. Changes to the State Code and to the County of Albemarle Subdivision Ordinance
require changes to the consent to division statement. Please revise the statement to omit the line: "Any reference to future potential
development is to be deemed as theoretical. All statements affixed to this plat are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. " If
you continue to utilize this line, please utilize it as a separate note on the plat. Revise.
3. [14-302(B)7] Reservoir watershed. Provide notation on the plans as to whether the land is within an Albemarle County and/or the
City of Charlottesville water supply watershed or an agricultural -forestall district.
4. [14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. Provide the acreage of each of the lots.
5. [14-303(C)] Boundary Lines. Please confirm the property line for TMP 45C-2-1 is complete and accurately depicted. Below is a
breakout of the section I am concerned about:

6. [Comment] Please ensure the legal agreement for the new easements are recorded with the plat.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the
County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and
Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to
address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily
withdrawn by the developer.
