Thank you for your prompt review of this project! Your review comments are provided
below, with my responses in italics.
A.Pollution Prevention Plan(PPP)
The PPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-404.
1. Provide Minimal as required per County Code.
The required minimum PPP standards have been added to the notes on Sheet 04-A. I
B.Erosion and Sediment Control Plan(ESCP)
Virginia Code §62.1-44.15:55 requires the VESCP authority to approve or disapprove an ESCP.
This plan is disapproved, and the reasons are provided in the comments below. The erosion
control plan content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-402.
/1. Remove Surface Roughening from Sheet 04-A, Callout is outside the Limits of Disturbance.
Callout referenced adjacent note. This symbol has been deleted for clario.
/2. Diversion Ditch on dam-confirm it is needed.
The extent of the Diversion Ditch has been modified to end before the dam.
/3. Add Silt Fence to Phase One ESC Plan,Sheet 04-A.Below Diversion Ditch to protect Bio Filter.
Silt fencing • been added, as requested.
J 4. Sheet 04-A,, is version Ditch makes a right angle transition, correct to prevent failure.
The routing e .he diversion Ditch has been modified to provide a sweeping turn.
/5. Show ToMil tsile area and Material Laydown area on Erosion Plan.
Topsoil e and Material Laydown areas have been added to Sheet 04-A.
j6. Silt Fence in Bio Filter is outside Limits of Construction,relocate.
This section of Silt Fence has been eliminated.
/7. Move Silt Fence closer to Limits of Construction to capture runoff from removal of Diversion
Ditch on P TWO ESC Plan.
