We have reviewed the above referenced plat and have the following comments:
Engineering (Emily Cox)
1. Provide a signed and dated professional seal on the plat.
2. Easement should be labeled, "SWM Facility Easement".
3. A SWM Facility Easement deed must accompany this plat. A draft copy has been provided with
these comments. Please confirm the trustees who can sign this deed.
Planning (Tori Kanellopoulos)
1. See attached review comment letter dated Nov 26th, 2018.
Engineering plan review staff are available from 2-4 PM on Thursdays, should you require a meeting to
discuss this review.

Subject: SUB201800204 Covenant Church- Stormwater Management — Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.
1. [14-302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Include the ROW measurement for Rio Road
East (may be listed as an exact width or "Variable ROW").
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include a note on the plat that the parcel contains proffers: "The
subject property contains proffers per ZMA-200000001."
3. [14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. Include the acreage of TMP 61-155.
