Provide a signed and dated professional seal on the plat. 2. Easement should be labeled, "SWM Facility Easement". 3. A SWM Facility Easement deed must accompany this plat. A draft copy has been provided with these comments. Please confirm the trustees who can sign this deed. Planning (Tori Kanellopoulos) 1. See attached review comment letter dated Nov 26th, 2018. [14-302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Include the ROW measurement for Rio Road East (may be listed as an exact width or "Variable ROW"). 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include a note on the plat that the parcel contains proffers: "The subject property contains proffers per ZMA-200000001." 3. [14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. Include the acreage of TMP 61-155.
