1. 24-Oct 2018 Christopher Companies letter (Randy Steck to County Engineer): items for Kober Way.
2. Complete surface course of asphalt: all streets.
3. Concrete test reports for curbing, aprons, etc.
4. All streets, alley, emergency entrance: provide subbase stone and asphalt base depth. Core samples are
required unless construction reports are available that list subbase stone depth and asphalt base depth.
5. Surface asphalt depth: please confirm and report depth when/as placed.
Note: F&R Construction reports include soils, utility soils, soil compaction, waterline, roadway soils,
subbase stone, stone compaction, proof -roll, CBR, and concrete (for townhome unit footings, only).
6. Tri-State follow-up. Tri-State/ Applicant should quanta angular joints, joint separation, degree of sag to
provide basis of comparison with VDOT specifications:
a. YD-11 to 250 (Joint angular @21.0'; Joint angular @40.3')
b. YD-4 to YD-3 (Water level sag @ 15.3')
c. 248 to 247 (Joint separated @8.6')
d. 252 to 251 (Joint angular @20.7')
e. YD-1 to 246 (Watet level sag @22.6')
f. 244 to 243 (Water level sag @22.6')
7. Ensure all street signs are vertical (see photo). Ensure minimum 7' clearance, grade to bottom edge of sign.
8. Replace any damaged signs.
9. Remove inlet debris (see photos).
10. Remove gutter buddies from inlet, once upslope areas stabilized.
11. Replace damaged concrete (see attached photos).
12. Slight revision/s to As -built drawings:
a. Include SUB201500124 in As -built drawing title
b. Confirm As -built matches design for all YD inlets
All YD-YD pipes show no departure from design
c. Label Bond Street
