I just reviewed the final site plan, I have one item that needs to be addressed but you can just
correct it on the signature copies and we'll be straight. Please provide a min of 4 signed copies
for County approval, see the minor change below:
E911 —Elise Sheet 4 lists "4 Board Place" on one of the road sections, this is not an acceptable
name and must be updated.
This incorrect label is adjacent to Lot Al. Revise to omit this label.

SDP201800015 Rivanna Village Phase 1B (Blocks C, D, and F) - Final Site Plan
On May 9th you sent me a slip sheet of a modified design for Lot D1-D8 driveways and garages,and driveways for Lot
C15-C32. On May 15`h I sent you my comments.
All other reviewers including Engineering had already completed their review before you sent me this PDF slip sheet,thus
they never got a chance to review this modification,rather I only used it because I had yet to complete my review at the
time of receipt.
Engineering and all other reviewers will get a chance to comment on this once its submitted officially; however, I spoke
with John Anderson about the attached PDF design and he has major concerns about Lot D1 —D8 proposing driveways
being so short for backing out of their driveways into a travelway. He believes it's a safety concern and need to be
modified. Prior to submitting revised final site plan it is suggested that you work with Engineering to determine an
acceptable driveway scenario for these lot.
Also, I have one addition to the final site plan comments for Planning:
1)Please provide a break out to cover Alley A build design.

As a heads up, for our next submittal of this site plan we will be eliminating the parking bays off of the alleys and serving
each townhouse with a driveway and garage off of the alleys instead, as shown on the attached sketch.Just thought I
would let you know in case it helps you with your current review.

I am approving the Declaration of Covenants , Conditions ,
Restrictions , and Easements for Rivanna Village . Please
note that these covenants only apply to the "Legal
description of the first phase" as stated in Exhibit
A. Though, the covenants themselves state that the plan
is for the covenants to apply to the entire property
(per Exhibit B) .
I will leave the materials for your retrieval on the
table in front of James ' s desk .
