We do indeed have the original deeds with the owners' signatures. We should probably also note Crockett's ownership of Parcel 18C in the first Whereas clauses of the Storm Drain and Landscape Easements as well. Would you like me to make those revisions, substitute the corrected pages for the original pages, and circulate for signatures on the County's end? Please confirm, or let me know what you'd prefer. SWM Facility Easement a. First Whereas (page 1) - The deed should include parcel 18C among the parcels owned by Crockett. b. First Whereas (page 1) - The deed should note that the Plat was "last revised, November 16, 2018" after the original October 2, 2018 date. c. Property Description (page 2) - same as above d. Second Whereas on page 2 - The deed should use (a) the full name of the Plat recorded at DB 5107, page 148 and (b) the TMP numbers shown on that Plat e. Third Whereas on page 2 - This paragraph cites only Crockett's SWM agreement at DB 5110, page 289. However, all other applicable SWM agreements (including DB 5110, page 279) should also be cited. Also, the DB 5110, page 289 agreement did not involve all the "Grantor" parties, just "Crockett." 2. Storm Drain Easement a. First Whereas (page 1) - The deed should note that the Plat was "last revised, November 16, 2018" after the original October 2, 2018 date. b. Property Description (page 2) - same as above 3. Declaration of Landscape Easement a. First Whereas (page 1) - The deed should note that the Plat was "last revised, November 16, 2018" after the original October 2, 2018 date. I understand the plat and documents have been approved (I received your comments and made the changes you requested on the 2 easement documents back in November) and are awaiting the signature of the County Executive. We are bumping up against some fairly stringent financing deadlines as my client is moving forward with the development of this first phase of Brookhill, and we need to get those easements and the plat signed and to record. Would you please let me know where these items stand, and if there is anything we can do to move them to the top of your stack? I truly appreciate any update you can provide, and will be happy to pick up the documents as soon as they are signed and available.
