All of the Planning comments have been addressed, pending County Attorney approval of the drafts deeds for the
proposed easements. If the County Attorney has no objections, the plat and deeds will be ready to submit for final
County approval and signatures.

Kris & Ryan,
I just realized that portions of the 100' private landscape buffer easement which are proposed to be on TMP 46-19131
aren't visible on any of the sheets. I have attached a marked up version of the key map (Sheet V2) showing (red
rectangle) the portion of the property that isn't visible where the easement needs to be created.
There is also a blue rectangle on my markup. Is the intention for the entire length of the 100' buffer easement to be
created with this plat across TMP 46-19A? Sheet V10 shows a tiny corner of the easement, but there are segment of the
easement above and below that area that also aren't visible on any sheets. Since Block 8 will be developed later and
that portion of the easement will be shown on a future site plan, I think we can remove the 100' buffer easement on
Sheet V10. That portion of the easement can be platted with a future easement plat once Block 8 is under review.
Can you add a new sheet showing the 100' buffer easement on TMP 46-19131 so that the entire length of it will be
created with the plat?

Could you forward this RFI to Emily (I don't have her email addy)? Could she clarify regarding her comments stating that
various easements should be designated "SWM Facility Easement", where there is no designation regarding "Public" or
"Private"? Will the omission of public or private designation for those easements be acceptable to Engineering?

Hi Kris & Ryan,
Attached are the review comments for the first revision to the Block 4 easement plat.
Please note that Planning Comment #28 has had some new developments, and I did not response directly to each
individual sub -comment. Ryan and I are working on adjustments to the open space acreages and such, and I will follow
up with both of you tomorrow regarding changes needed on the easement plat related to comment #28. 1 wanted to
send the rest of the letter so Kris can start working on the other comments in the meantime.
