This letter is to approve as a second Letter of Revision the following:
Hardscape improvements to "central park" amenity of the Lochlyn Hill neighborhood, including construction of a
concrete terrace with pergola on top, and associated sidewalks, bench pads, stairs and bluestone stepping stone path.
These changes are noted in the attached request and plan. This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. A third
and final additional LOR may be requested upon which any further changes to the plan will require submission in
the form of a site plan amendment application.

Please accept this Letter of Revision to the previously approved SDP 2014-44 — Lochlyn Hill Phase
1 B - Final. The LOR currently requested is being submitted to document the hardscape
improvements to "central park" shown on the attached plans, as they relate to VSMP matters. None
of these improvements are a code requirement; they are an amenity for the Lochlyn Hill
neighborhood that Lochlyn Hill Development Group has chosen to undertake outside of any
ordinance.
These improvements include a concrete terrace (with a pergola constructed on top), concrete
sidewalks, bench pads and stairs, concrete block stairs and a bluestone stepping stone path. There
is also an area of certified playground mulch where play elements will be installed. We understand
that the area of the concrete entrance and terrace that extend across the sewer easement is the
responsibility of Lochlyn Hill should that line ever need repair; there is no other entrance area that
works with the park topography.
We have worked for many months to develop this park plan and hope that this properly documents
the hardscape improvements.
