Address the following: b) The proposed waterline easement shown on the proposed easement plat does not match the proposed waterline easement shown in the submitted (6/25/18) final site plan (SDP2017-129). Ensure that the proposed easements in the two documents match and are correct. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Two of the proposed water easements have been revised to match the 6/25/18 submission of the site plan. However, the site plan has not yet been resubmitted since the first round comments for this easement plat. Once the site plan is resubmitted whether the other proposed water easements match this plat or not will be determined. Rev. 2: Comment Addressed. c) A portion of the proposed sewer easement in the proposed easement plat is not shown in the submitted (6/25/18) final site plan (SDP2017-129). Ensure that the proposed easements in the two documents match and are correct. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Comment still valid. The site plan has not yet been resubmitted since the first round comments for this easement plat. Once the site plan is resubmitted whether it matches this plat or not will be determined. Rev. 2: Comment Addressed. e) A portion of the existing Gas Line easement appears to be labeled incorrectly. In the bottom right hand corner of the plat there are two labels for Gas Line easements. One states DB 2687 PG 325. However, it appears that deed book and page number is for a power easement rather than a gas easement. Revise the plat so that all deed book and page numbers in the labels are correct. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. The redundant and incorrect label was removed. However, show both the existing gas and power/electric easements through all of the TM 32-41 D5 and into 32-41 D6 at least as far as the existing 20' waterline easement is shown. Improvements and easements are being proposed in that portion of 32-41 D6. Therefore the existing easements that overlap them in that area should be shown. Rev. 2: Comment Addressed. [COMMENT] Ensure with the next submission that the revision date on the plat is updated. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Add a new revision date on the next submittal. Rev. 2: Comment MAY not be fully addressed. IF any further revisions are made to the plat, based on ACSA review, then add a new revision date on the next submittal. 4.
