Sorry for the delay. I wasn't able to figure out why this would be the 4th Letter of Revision. I have done some
research and find that the addition of the porch would in fact be the 2nd Letter of Revision to SDP 2006-19. The
1st and 2nd letters were based on a plan submitted in 2000. The approval of the 2006 plan reset the count to
zero. The Letter of Revision issued by Sherri Proctor on February 3, 2009 is the 1st Letter of Revision.
The effect of the above finding is that you should simply submit the necessary details for the modification of the
building permit. Sherri can process the Letter of Revision as part of the building permit review.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Bill:
Thank you for suggesting to take a look at the porch plan.
Attached please find a PDF with:
1. Letter from Greg MacDonald to Sherri dated 2/3/2009 re:the actual size of the cabin,
2. Portion of the revised Site Plan showing the actual cabin size delineated,
3. Half Floor Plan/Half Foundation Plan of the proposed porch,
4. East Elevation of the cabin with the porch(West elevation identical, and
5. South Elevation of the porch as viewed from the walking path.
The porch itself would be 18'-6"in length, and will project 6'-0"to the South,or into the walking path. The
purpose of it is to provide better overhead coverage from rain and sun beyond the simple `rooflet' porch that is
shown on the permit plans that Jay has approved.
The determination is whether this can be handled as an amendment/modification to the building permit, or
whether this is a site plan issue. If the latter, please note that the letter to Sherri states that the actual building
dimension confirmation was the third revision to the site plan. It is Greg and my hope that this can be reviewed as
an accessory porch, rather than building, change, and not require a full site plan submittal.
We look forward to your determination.
Thank you.
Doug
