As a follow-up to our telephone conversation yesterday, February 2, 1978
the subdivision plat referenced above is, in my opinion, in violation of the
Albemarle. County Zoning Ordinance.
As I indicated to you, no building permit can be issued on any lot which
does Dot meet the frontage regulations of the Zoning Ordinance.
I hope that this matter can be rectified as soon as possible, and my
department will be happy to assist you in this matter. If you should have any
questions, piease do not hesitate to call.
