You might want to e-mail a scan of the plat to Justin Altice at VOF and make sure that they're OK with the County approving the plat as shown. It may be that the plat and the deed of easement would be recorded at the same time. --Scott From: Victoria Kanellopoulos Sent: Monday, August 27, 2018 12:06 PM To: Scott Clark <Sclark@albemarle.org> Subject: RE: Ellis BLA Hi Scott, After your talk on Friday, I went back and looked at this plat again, and found that it actually does have Conservation Easements as well. Here are the three properties in the BLA: tiZ • r 1 a. The easement is listed on the plat (application) for both 80-4 and 80-31. It's a conservation easement to VOF (it comes up with a deed book and page number search in the circuit court online system). Since it's not a County easement, and it's listed on the plat, is there anything else we need to do? They still haven't brought in the plats for signature yet. Thanks, and sorry to have caught this late! I need to check with you about something about this BLA plat. Thanks! --Scott Scott Clark, Senior Planner (Rural Areas) Albemarle County Community Development Dept. 434-296-5832 ext. 3249
