Apologies for the delay- I have been out sick. I responded to their lawyer as well- unfortunately we do not have a sample
letter for the re-recording. The letter just needs to reference the erroneously recorded plat (the DB/PG) and state that
the newly recorded plat is the correct one. I should be back in tomorrow or Wednesday and can get the plats signed this
week. Thank you for following up and being so timely on this.

I was able to get signed plats from the applicant yesterday and I will drop them off over there today. Their lawyer asked
me to see if you had a sample letter for them to base their letter required for the re-recording. Let me know.

Hi Bethany,
Thank you for following up. I asked about this in a staff meeting and received the following answer. The applicant has 30
days from today (12/12/18) to get the plats (the revised version, which I believe was revised 06/29/18, and is attached)
signed/notarized with owners' signatures and surveyor's signed seal, and then signed by the County, and then recorded
with a new deed book and page number. They should also include a letter with the newly recorded plat stating the that
the currently recorded plat (5096/793) was erroneously recorded and cite its deed book and page number.
If these actions are not taken within 30 days, they will have a subdivision violation and enforcement action will be taken.
I believe I have contact information for Michael Napier, and will also send him an email. Please let me know if you hear
any follow up from them.

Hi Tori,
Just wanted to touch base with you on this. I have tried to contact the client on this but haven't heard anything back
yet. The last correspondence I had with them was to get the plat signed and notarized by all owners and get it back to
me for final signatures. I looked at the deeds online and it looks like they had the plat recorded without the Surveyor's
or the County's signature on it. I've attached a copy of the deed for your reference. Not sure how their lawyer and the
Clerk's office didn't notice that. Anyway, what should be the plan of action? Can the original plat at the Clerk's office
just be signed and rescanned in the system or does something else need to happen? Just want to have a plan of action
for when I do get in touch with them so I can let them know what we need to do.

Thank you! It looks like it's almost ready- just one small change:
1. The statement for the development rights and future divisions has the TMP's as 86, instead of 87
Once that change is made, the plats can be brought in for signature.
