When looking for your e-mail address yesterday I came across your note from June stating the information that need to be included and that you wanted to review the document before we executed it. By the time I was put in contact with the broker I had forgot about that e-mail from June and in my haste to get this part of the Mountain Valley farm project completed I went forward without looking back to your e-mail. The broker that has been handling this has been very responsive so far and I assume he'd be willing to have the documents updated if necessary. I apologize for the mishandling but I think the credits are valid and in place so please let me know the best way to resolve this. We are wrapping up the approval with the county for the driveway bridge crossing that we discussed last fall for access to the (2) lots for Mountain Valley. As you remember, the original approval contemplated a bridge crossing for each of these (2) lots, and through the design of the project with DEQ, it was requested that this be a shared driveway bridge access. With the installation of the bridge, there will be no impacts to the stream or the stream banks. When you get a chance, can you do me a favor and review the attached plan and send back a confirmation that this work does not require a permit. Thank you Vinny!
