Ana,
My understanding is that we have now done all we need to do to get the bonds released except file the application
paper along with the fee to apply for the release. Scott has promised to get that paperwork along with the fee amount
to me in the next day or two and I will get it headed your way right after that.
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
Thanks,Jay

Thanks Ana,
I am afraid the missing information is most likely my fault. When looking for your e-mail address
yesterday I came across your note from June stating the information that need to be included and that
you wanted to review the document before we executed it. By the time I was put in contact with the
broker I had forgot about that e-mail from June and in my haste to get this part of the Mountain Valley
farm project completed I went forward without looking back to your e-mail.
The broker that has been handling this has been very responsive so far and I assume he'd be willing to
have the documents updated if necessary.
I apologize for the mishandling but I think the credits are valid and in place so please let me know the
best way to resolve this.
Thanks,
Jay

Ana or Frank,
Please find attached the evidence that the nutrient credits have been purchased as of last Friday.
As I looked back through old e-mails to find your address I came across your note from 6/8 stating
some information that needed to be included, I don't think we referenced those items in the attached
document?
I would like to get this taken care of as soon as possible so if you could let me know the next steps I
need to take I would appreciate it.

Hello James,
I have the documents for the 3.5 credits that were sent to me in late August. I haven't
done this type of transaction before so I'd like to make sure I get it right the first time.
I have a few small detail questions about the form, mostly regarding the correct date to
fill in, but the main question is when and how should I make the payment?
I'd like to call you this coming Monday to discuss this so if you can let me know when is
the best time of day to reach you I will call you then.
Have a good weekend,
Thanks,Jay Jessup

Vinny-
Hope you are doing well. We are wrapping up the approval with the county for the driveway bridge crossing that we
discussed last fall for access to the (2) lots for Mountain Valley. As you remember, the original approval contemplated a
bridge crossing for each of these (2) lots, and through the design of the project with DEQ, it was requested that this be a
shared driveway bridge access. With the installation of the bridge, there will be no impacts to the stream or the stream
banks. When you get a chance, can you do me a favor and review the attached plan and send back a confirmation that
this work does not require a permit.
Thank you Vinny!
