Source of title: DB 5002-690, DB 2415-162 2. The parcels are in Zones X and AE as shown on F.I.R.M. 51003CO520D. 3. The parcels are zoned RA. 4. Parcel 27D1 is assigned one Development Right and may not be further divided. Parcel 27E1 contains 3 Development Rights and when divided using the development rights, the 3 parcels may not exceed 25 acres in aggregate area. 5.
