V THIS DEED, dated June 12, 1986, by and between DeForest Mellon, Jr. and Anthea Mellon, as Executors of the estate of Evelyn Emig Mellon and in their own right as sole beneficiaries of the estate of Evelyn Emig Mellon, parties of the first part, and Anthea Mellon, party of the second part, and DeForest Mellon, Jr., party of the third part, WHEREAS Evelyn Emig Mellon died on May 21, 1982 seized and Possessed of 6.4 acres of'land in Albemarle County, Virginia, and WHEREAS, under the will of Evelyn Emig Mellon dated March 1, 1982 probated June 28, 1982 in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia and spread in Will Book 059, Page 211, said 6.4 acres was directed to be divided between her son, DeForest Mellon, Jr. and her daughter, Anthea Mellon, and WHEREAS, said devisees are the sole heirs at law as well ai sole devisees under said will of Evelyn Emig Mellon and have reached agreement concerning the division of said property, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms of said will and Pursuant to the direction thereof, the Parties of the First Part GRANT and CONVEY by SPECIAL WARRANTY -pursuant to $58.1-811 Code of Va.: (1) [Into Anthea Mellon all that tract or parcel of land lying on the south side of State Route 678, including to the center margin thereof in part, near Free Union in Albemarle County, Va., -1- 0 ' r Y i`i~i K�-�'Tf' FT` • . qmp.
