The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment
referenced above, once the following comments are addressed: [Each comment is followed by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
- Vicinity map: Include a scale to the vicinity map. The code calls for a scale of 1:2000. [§14-302A]
- Existing or platted streets: label Reynard Woods Road on the plat, including dimensions and deed
book page reference. [§14-302A]
- Flood Plain: The plat references the 100-year flood plain, but the County's online GIS does not show
this. Confirm that this property lies in flood plain. [§14-302B]
- Stream buffer: This plat shows the 100-foot stream buffer, but the County's records show the buffer
extending along the southern property line of 43-30F, to Reynard Woods Road. Please verify the buffer
shown on the plat. [§14-302B]
