It is a Family Division that was submitted on March 23rd and requires the RMA and Family verification documents. County View shows a projected due date of 4128117. Last week, I sent this out to: • Health Department • County Attorney's Office — to review the road agreement • County engineering —the private street easement goes through a stream buffer and needed their review • VDOT— they needed to review this, even though the private street easement isn't directly connected to the State Road. It's still a new parcel loading from the existing ingress/egress. I'll get you comments as they come in, if there are any, so you can make any changes, if any are requested. I don't have any immediate comments, but I haven't given a thorough review, yet. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
